Kelrn was established in Barkly West in 1976 to transport its own agricultural products to the markets countrywide, as well as offering transport solutions to local farmers in the Barkly West district. Under the inspired leadership of Kenne de Kock the company grew and developed to the extent that the refrigerated market was entered into in 1985 and in 2005 fuel tankers was added to the fleet.
